It's commonly known that starting your day with oatmeal is a healthy choice. Especially if you want to loose some weight or just want a more healthy lifestyle. Oatmeal is made from oats and contains a lot of fiber that make you feel full quickly. It contains a lot of protein and little fat. It lowers your blood sugar (less peaks in your blood sugar) and gives you for a long time (stable) energy.
When you eat it regularly you reduce the natural way your cholesterol levels. So not strange that every topsporter start the day with some oatmeal. 

However it's healthy, a lot of people don't like the taste that much. Of course you can add sugar or honey to make it sweeter, but that's also less healthier. So what do I do? I use Alpro Soja milk instead of normal milk. The same soja milk I also showed you in this post. Alpro soja contains less fat and sugar but does make the oatmeal give a sweet taste, without adding extra suger. For me this combination is the perfect start of the day!
