Be warned, once you tried this combination you want to eat carrots every day! Probably a lot of you set some new goals for 2015 and mostly, eathing healthy/loosing weight is one of them. So to help you a little bit, I will show you this healthy carrot snack that you can make in less than 10 minutes. What makes this carrot snack so delicious? Humus as dip!

Above you see the ingredients. Not all (the oil, pepper and salt are missing)
So what do you use to make humus?

- 2 cloves of garlic
- one spoon of paprika powder
- 3 spoons of sesam pasta
- parsley
- 2 spoons of lemonjuice
- 1 can chickpeas
- 4 spoons of oil
- pepper/salt

I Just put everything together in a blender and then you're done! When the humus is still a bit dry and thick after blending it, you need to add more oil and lemon. You can also add more garlic to make it taste like you want.
