My favorite mix is definitely the French 95:

35ml V2C Oaked Dutch Dry Gin
20ml lemon juice
30ml simple syrup (1:1 water and sugar)
40ml fresh orange juice
75ml MVSA Cava Brut

Fill your shaker with ice cubes and add V2C Oaked Dutch Dry Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and the orange juice. Mix well and strain into your glass. Top with the cava and garnish with a slice of fresh orange.
